Subscriptions: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval. Your order will be charged one week before your scheduled pick-up or delivery date.
For example, if you started a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card each month without the need for you to place the order manually.

When your subscription is activated you will be emailed a magic link to your subscription details. Here you can skip order dates, pause, or cancel your subscription*.

You can skip an order in the customer portal. Each scheduled pick-up or delivery will have a 'skip payment' button next to it which you can use to skip that order.

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time in the customer portal. Please remember that orders are prepared and processed a week in advance.

The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order.
A new link may be requested by following the link on your order receipt; or by contacting our office (Help!).
