ROUSSEAU Chocolatier is a collaboration of the heart for co-founders and life partners Julien Rousseau-Dumarcet and Nathalie Morin. They use the finest chocolate from Cacao Barry in France - founded in 1842 and create artisanal chocolate confections by hand, often incorporating the extraordinary ingredients and products grown and created in Nova Scotia
