Dear BFF

What a difference a few days make. Lives have been turned upside down and "Social Distancing" is now our collective responsibility. The anxiety and concerns surrounding COVID-19 are real and we are taking it very seriously. The health and safety of our families, staff, customers, and community is our highest priority with every decision we make.

Our doors are closed at both shops and extra cleaning measures and physical separation are now part of our daily routine. We have strict contact-less delivery & pickup protocols. We will continue to accept orders placed online or over the phone as long as we can do so safely.

Beautiful Living Naturally has always been about people, connections and making moments meaningful. We lived this every day by inviting you into our shops and by sending flowers and plants across Ottawa to you, your family and friends. We will make every effort to keep doing and sharing what we love for as long as possible and promise to keep us connected via our website, Instagram and our BFF newsletter.
